WALK TO THE BEAT and WALK, JOG AND RUN TO THE BEAT
This is a fabulous new indoor walking and jogging concept and is our very own brand! in each 30 minute class you are encouraged to walk, jog or run in time to the beat of some fabulous motivating music. In each class depending on your own intensity you will be able to walk, jog, and run at intervals anywhere between 3,000 and 5,000 steps and cover on average between 1.5 and 1.7 miles without even leaving your home! We are about to launch a 4 week plan for an Indoor to Outdoor Couch to 5km for walkers or runners. Join the indoor walking revolution today!
Welcome to the Walk, jog or run to the Beat test class. This is a brand new concept to merge indoor and outdoor walking and running fitness and make it possible for everyone to take the class at their own pace.
HOW IT WORKS: The WALK, JOG OR RUN TO THE BEAT class will be simultaneously streamed live on Zoom and Facebook Live into a private group on Mondays 6pm, Wednesdays 9am and Fridays 9am.
To get as many of you involved even if you can’t make the class live you can catch up on the recording which will be saved in the Facebook group for 5 days.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Please join the Walk to the Beat Facebook Group using the link below and make sure you comment ‘I agree’ on the waiver at the top of the group page. This will be where the recording of the class will be saved if you can’t make the class live or if you prefer to watch the class on Facebook Live.

TIPS FOR VIEWING ON ZOOM.
If you have a SMART TV link your phone/device to get the best sound and vision experience or use a laptop. Watching on you phone sometimes means there is a delay and affects sound.
