You will receive 5 x 15/20 minute video links that are yours to keep and use again and again.
Classes use equipment such as small weights, resistance bands and tubes, activation bands or no equipment bodyweight exercises.
The programme is aimed at women of all ages and is especially beneficial for perimenopausal, menopausal and women over 50 as it helps increase bone density and boost metabolic rate.
